Bishop Noel Jones is a renowned Jamaican-American minister, Pentecostal bishop, and spiritual leader who has dedicated his life to preaching the Word of God. Born on January 31, 1950, Bishop Jones answered the call to ministry at the young age of 19.

A graduate of St. Jago High School, he later earned a Bachelor of Science in Theology from Aenon Bible College and was honored with a Doctorate from Life College and Seminary. His journey of faith led him to accept his first pastorate at Bethel Temple of Longview in Texas at just 26 years old.

Today, Bishop Noel Jones serves as the Senior Pastor of City of Refuge Church in Gardena, California, formerly known as Greater Bethany Community Church. With a congregation of over 17,000 members, the church is a beacon of light, offering spiritual guidance, community programs, and life-changing teachings that empower individuals to live with purpose and faith.
